On the afternoon of May 13th, Mayor Zhou Jin of Lianyungang City and his delegation visited the China Security and Prevention Products Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the China Security Association), where the two sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions on core content such as the development of the security industry, technological upgrades, and talent training. Vice Chairman Chen Chaowu, Vice Chairman Liu Xiaojing, Secretary General Wang Nan, Director of Big Data Service Department Feng Guowu, Deputy Secretary General of Unmanned System Security Committee Sun Baoming, Secretary General of Expert Committee Fu Yongchao, Director of Comprehensive Department Wang Ying and others participated in the exchange activities.
Secretary General Wang Nan warmly welcomed the visit of Mayor Zhou Jin and his delegation, gave a detailed explanation of the development history and industrial pattern of the security industry, and introduced the work functions of the China Security Association. He stated that the industry has entered a new stage of deep integration of artificial intelligence and big data applications, and emerging fields such as drones and robots are constantly developing. The China Association for Security and Safety fully feels the importance and strong support of relevant departments in Lianyungang City for security, and hopes that both sides can integrate existing resources, seek development together, and establish a long-term friendly cooperative relationship.
Zhou Jin, the mayor of Lianyungang City, introduced multiple policies for the local security industry, emphasizing that security is an important development opportunity for Lianyungang City. He proposed six major needs, including building a national low altitude security benchmark base, creating an international exhibition brand, developing security industry overseas plans based on different scenarios, normalizing drone competitions, preparing to form a security industry alliance, and building a talent support system.
Fang Qingzhong, Deputy Mayor of Lianyungang Municipal Government and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, focuses on the construction of the demonstration zone. He provides supplementary explanations on the preparation of the Lianyungang Forum, the formulation of low altitude safety standards, and the training of security personnel. He hopes to leverage the rich resources and experience of the China Association for Safety and Security to jointly promote the landing of new technologies and products in real scenarios.
At the exchange meeting, both sides deepened specific matters, further expanded the width and breadth of cooperation, and planned to establish a sound cooperation and exchange mechanism. In the future, we will rely on our own resources, strengthen cooperation in the security industry, collaborate with leading enterprises and research institutions, and work together to write a new chapter of high-quality development in the security industry.
