　　As the province with the most complete industrial categories in China, Shandong has all 41 major industrial categories, with a profound manufacturing background and rich transformation scenarios, providing a natural testing ground for the landing of artificial intelligence technology. Based on this advantage, the Plan clarifies the overall development strategy, adheres to scenario driven, innovation driven, and integrated empowerment, comprehensively promotes the deep penetration of artificial intelligence in key manufacturing scenarios, enterprises, and industries, accelerates the intelligent, green, and integrated development of manufacturing, and comprehensively empowers the construction of new industrialization.

　　The Plan sets clear quantitative targets, aiming to achieve a revenue of over 250 billion yuan in the province's artificial intelligence industry by 2028, accounting for over 10% of the national total; Breakthrough has been achieved in the research and development of industrial general large-scale models, and the industry large-scale model system has been basically established, creating 200 high-level industrial intelligent agents; Build 10 pioneering applications of "artificial intelligence+manufacturing", cultivate more than 50 innovative carriers, and form a dual core leadership, multi-point support, and global collaborative pattern; Build a batch of industry level artificial intelligence capability centers, promote 100 high-value application scenarios, and strive to create a national intelligent manufacturing leading demonstration zone.

Around the six major links of research and development design, production and manufacturing, supply and marketing services, operation and maintenance after-sales, business management, and industrial collaboration, we have identified 18 high-value scenarios, released application guidelines, and promoted the integration of artificial intelligence into the entire production and operation chain.
