The "Several Measures" focus precisely on three aspects and propose eight specific measures - focusing on the "R&D production end" and proposing three measures for innovative R&D, training and testing, and enterprise growth; Focus on the "scenario application end" and propose two measures for scenario cultivation and market expansion; Focusing on the "industrial environment end", three measures have been proposed, including event activities, financial empowerment, and pilot demonstrations, forming a policy toolbox covering the entire industry chain.

On the R&D and production side, Guangzhou will focus on the key core technologies of embodied intelligent robots, support research and development through methods such as "enterprise questions and technology answers", and implement a number of key research and development projects. At the same time, support enterprises to take the lead in establishing manufacturing innovation centers and enterprise technology centers, fully leveraging the advantages of innovation sources and achievement transformation in national platforms and universities in Guangzhou. In the product training and testing phase, Guangzhou will support the construction of embodied intelligent training fields, encourage each district to layout according to local conditions, and provide financial support in accordance with relevant regulations; Improve data collection standards and specifications, strengthen intelligent computing power guarantee, support the construction of public service platforms such as testing and certification, pilot testing certificates, and encourage the creation of national level platforms. In terms of enterprise growth, support traditional robot enterprises to transform and develop intelligent robots for production, promote the large-scale production capacity of complete machine and key component enterprises, and provide support for their automation production line construction; At the same time, cultivate and strengthen supporting enterprises such as model research and development, secondary development, system integration, and leasing sales, establish a hierarchical and classified enterprise cultivation library, and improve the gradient cultivation mechanism.
