　　The Measures put forward seven main measures, including supporting the development of industrial agglomeration, accelerating the construction of product systems, building a supporting service system for components, supporting key core technology research and development, strengthening the construction of innovation platforms, enhancing the integration of production and demand, and encouraging open cooperation. Among them, in terms of supporting the development of industrial agglomeration, Guangxi will take Nanning and Liuzhou as the core, cultivate a group of specialized, refined, unique and new "little giant" enterprises, create high-level industrial agglomeration areas, and build a robot demonstration application highland and characteristic industrial base facing ASEAN. Support Nanning to build an export base for robot products, technologies, and standards based on the China ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center. Support Liuzhou City to leverage its manufacturing infrastructure advantages and build an innovative base for robot application scenarios, as well as a manufacturing base for robot machines and components.

　In order to promote the development of the robotics industry, the "Measures" have also launched a series of real money support measures around accelerating project attraction and implementation, encouraging robot enterprises to apply for inclusion in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's industrial robot industry standard announcement, promoting the increase in production and efficiency of complete machine enterprises, cultivating high-quality component enterprises, supporting the research and development of large-scale robot models, and creating rich application scenarios. For example, Guangxi will provide one-time rewards of no more than 1 million yuan, 1.5 million yuan, and 2 million yuan respectively to key robot component manufacturing enterprises, robot body manufacturing enterprises, and robot integrated application enterprises listed in the announcement. A one-time reward of 2 million yuan will be given to robot manufacturers that achieve an annual output value exceeding 20 million yuan for the first time; For the first time achieving an annual output value exceeding 50 million yuan, a one-time reward of 5 million yuan will be given. Supporting enterprises to expand the production scale of humanoid robots, rewards will be given based on the actual annual sales of non related transactions of humanoid robots, with a maximum of 5 million yuan per enterprise per year.

　According to the Measures, Guangxi will strengthen financial support in terms of factor guarantee, encourage various qualified investors to initiate the establishment of a robot industry development fund in a market-oriented manner, actively participate in government investment guidance funds in a market-oriented manner, establish a communication mechanism between robot enterprises and fund companies, and guide banks and other financial institutions to provide full lifecycle financial services for robot enterprises; Strengthen talent attraction and education, support flexible talent attraction by enterprises, and encourage robotics companies to jointly build city level industry education integration platforms with universities, research institutes, and vocational colleges; Strengthen computing power and data support, increase the support of the "Guangxi Manufacturing Enterprise Training and Development Service Voucher Platform" for robot enterprises, and support robot enterprises and research platforms to purchase computing power services in the form of service vouchers.
