One is to improve the integrated operation mechanism of "emotion guidance and action". Intelligence should take the initiative and take the lead, command should coordinate and lead, action should focus on speed and efficiency, daily monitoring, weekly scheduling, and monthly analysis should be carried out to ensure efficient operation and strong influence. Accelerate the construction of "Smart 110" and create a new digital and intelligent ecosystem. The second is to improve the basic prevention mechanism. Continuously improving the mechanisms and models of "two teams, one room" and "one village, one police" in police stations, accelerating the construction of a new type of community policing mechanism, and effectively preventing and resolving various conflicts and risks at the forefront. The third is to improve the key control mechanism. Deepen the work of "net cleaning" and "net protection", and systematically strengthen the efficient governance of key elements of the "human land material affairs network". The fourth is to improve the precision strike mechanism. Strengthen the investigation of clues, crack down on cases, chase fugitives and recover stolen goods, and maintain a high-pressure situation to crack down on illegal crimes such as telecommunications network fraud, involvement in organized crime, gun and explosives, pornography, gambling, drugs, food, medicine and environmental protection. The fifth is to improve the internal and external linkage mechanism.
