By 2027, the penetration rate of new generation intelligent terminals, intelligent agents and other applications will exceed 70%, and more than 50 innovative application scenarios of artificial intelligence will be cultivated; By 2030, the application penetration rate will exceed 90%, a number of industry vertical models will be established, and the artificial intelligence industry ecology in the field of housing and urban-rural construction in the province will be basically formed.

Artificial intelligence applications are changing from 'optional questions' to' mandatory questions', and for the field of housing and urban-rural development, they cannot wait, slow down, or relax. "Lu Hongwei said that in March of this year, the daily average token usage in China exceeded 140 trillion yuan, an increase of over a thousand times in two years. By 2025, the added value of the real estate and construction industries in Jiangsu Province will account for over 12% of the province's GDP. Accelerating the cultivation and opening up of artificial intelligence scenarios in the housing and construction field is an important path to empower the high-quality development of the province's housing and construction industry.

In order to seize the key window period of technological breakthroughs and industry empowerment, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development has established the "Four Ones" working mechanism - setting up a leadership group, forming a work team, opening a lecture hall, and establishing an interest group, to build a work network covering the whole province.

In terms of comprehensive urban governance, we will promote the digital management of municipal infrastructure, cultivate safe application scenarios for urban infrastructure lifelines, explore the development of industry models and intelligent agents such as "Sucheng'an"; Promote smart operation and management of cities, achieve automatic identification, intelligent dispatching, and disposal of urban management issues.

In terms of the entire process of government services, we will create a new model of intelligent approval for enterprise qualifications; Establish a digital assessment standard scoring system and promote intelligent approval of professional qualification registration and approval; Enhance housing provident fund services and achieve full coverage of intelligent housing provident fund services throughout the province.

At the press conference, the first batch of key artificial intelligence attack scenarios in the field of housing and urban-rural development in the province were simultaneously released, including 13 "small incision, high-value, and implementable" application scenarios, covering six categories: engineering design, building operation and maintenance, housing services, construction and construction, urban governance, and administrative approval.

Currently, multiple artificial intelligence applications have been implemented and proven effective in various regions of Jiangsu. The AI intelligent drawing review platform in Suzhou Industrial Park has achieved a dual track parallel of "AI pre review+manual review", with an AI recognition accuracy of 95% for drawing labels and a 50% increase in the efficiency of the entire drawing review process; Wuxi launches the country's first domestically produced BIM intelligent review system; Nanjing has built the largest city level BIM digital base in China, covering approximately 300000 buildings and 6.06 million households; Changzhou relies on the "Sunshine Property" platform to develop the "AI Industry Committee Intelligent Agent", covering 1959 residential communities in the city and serving over 1.45 million times.

In the field of intelligent construction, the province has cultivated 4 batches of 321 provincial-level intelligent construction pilot projects. In pilot projects in Suzhou, Nanjing, and other places, multiple intelligent equipment such as concrete pouring and leveling robots, floor measurement robots, and wall spraying and polishing robots have been applied on a large scale, with operational accuracy controlled at the millimeter level and single process efficiency increased by more than three times compared to traditional manual labor.
